So just before Easter I ordered some bath stuff from lush and then I also went in to the shop and bought some more! I find it so hard to walk past Lush with out it luring me in, it just smells so good and then I can't resist buying stuff!
So I wanted to share with you all what I bought.
This is the first time I've ordered from Lush online as I normally like to go into the shop and smell everything before I buy it but I knew which ones I wanted to get and have smelt them before so I thought it would be easier to just order them all at once. Plus there's something very exciting about receiving parcels, it's like receiving a present... that you sent yourself...
So they came in a big box in individual compartments with lots of polystyrene:
The first one I got was the Ultraviolet Bubble Bar, I recently mentioned this in my March favourites, and I loved it so much I knew I needed to get another one.
It smells like parmaviolet sweets, which is what drew me in to buying it when I first smelt it. On the website it says you can split it and get two baths out of it but I just threw the whole thing in as I love bubbles!
I also bought a Fluffy Egg Bath Bomb, it was one of the Easter ones so I'm not sure if you could still buy it now but I wanted to share it with you all anyway cause I really liked it.
It turns the water a lovely pink colour and it feels really moisturising on your skin. It also has a really nice sweet candy floss like smell.
The next one I got was also an Easter one, the Golden Egg. This is a different smell to what I usually go for, I usually like the sweet, floral smells but this one had a honey, caramel like smell.
I really like this one because it turns the water a nice golden colour and made my skin all glittery, and it smells really good. You also get some bubbles which you don't get with all the bath bombs. I've had 3 of these in total while they were available over Easter so it obviously made an impression on me!
Another one I bought that I haven't used before and have got round to using yet is the Rose Bubble Bar.
I think they bought this out for mothers day but you can still buy it, I have high hopes for this as it smells really good and looks really pretty. I'm hoping you get a lot of bubbles even though it is quite small. Once I've used it I will have to let you know what I think! or if any of you have already used it let me know in the comments if it's any good.
This next one I haven't used yet either. It's the Creamy Candy Bubble Bar.
I have used this before a long time ago and as far as I remember I liked it. It's a really sweet smell similar to the Marshmallow Moment bath melt and also the pink star on a stick, that I've completely forgotten the name of, that they sell at Christmas time. It's one you can't go wrong with if you're unsure what to buy as it's not too strong smelling, it's just a nice subtle sweet smell.
So that's all the ones I got in my order, and then I went into the shop and bought two more.
I got the Dragons Egg Bath Bomb, which I hadn't had before until I used it yesterday, but I went in and it was the first one I picked up to smell and it smelt like lemon sherbets and I love the smell of lemon! I don't think I had ever smelt this before as a lot of the white ones they do are usually coconut or something like that which I don't like and I didn't expect it to be lemon, but I'm glad I picked it up as I really liked it.
It turns yellow when you put it in the water, and it gave the water a nice creamy, moisturising feel. The little coloured pieces that are in it floated round the bath which looked really pretty.
I also got the Fizzbanger Bath Bomb, which looks similar to the Dragon's Egg but yellow, so you would expect this one to be the lemon one but it's not, it has an appley smell.
I haven't used this in ages but I think I remember that it turns blue in the water and has popping candy in it. I like anything that makes the water look pretty, as it just makes a bath more interesting, and that smells good. Again I will have to let you all know what I think of this one after I use it because it has been a long time since I've had this one.
And that's all I bought!
Hope you enjoyed reading this blog, let me know in the comments what your favourite lush product is, and if you try any of the products I've mentioned let me know what you think of them.
